1. Other transportation charges, such as freight, all express, air freight, rail freight and drayage charges must be borne by the CUSTOMER.
2. All costs of transporting supervisor, and Equipment to and from the job will be charged to the customer.
3. All third party trucking will be charged at cost plus 10%.
